Al Forno is the perfect setting for your next special event, from birthdays to wedding anniversaries all special occasions are made even more memorable at Al Forno.
Due to the layout of our restaurant, and our style of service, there are restrictions to the number of groups we can accommodate, and the seating times available, so please ensure you book early.
We recommend you consider one of group menu options which include all the Al Forno favorites. View our group menus here. A group booking is considered 10 or more guests.
Group booking terms and conditions:
Final confirmation of guests numbers will be required 48 hours prior to arrival. Please call us on 09-488-0179 to confirm.
On certain nights group bookings may only be available as an early or late sitting. Early sittings are required to vacate their table before 7.50 pm and late sittings can arrive from 8.00 pm. We will advise if this applies to your requested date.
All guests are required to order one main meal if they are not dining on one of our group menus.
If no guests have arrived after 30 mins of the reserved time the group will be considered a No-Show and the table may be resold. It is therefore highly recommended you call us on 09-488-0179 if you are running late.
To ensure we do not impact on other diners we will commence service for the group within 15 mins of the booked arrival time even if all guests have not arrived. For this reason, we recommend you remind your friends and family to arrive on time.

Step 2) You will receive an email from us advising available times. (Add to your safe sender's list)
Step 3) If the available times are acceptable to you please advise a contact phone number and email address.
Step 4) You will then receive an email confirmation from the Al Forno team.
Step 5) Please call us 48 hours prior to your booked time on 09-488-0179 to confirm the final numbers.
